Christine Bulguryemez

As the Senior Financial Officer in the Department of Statistical Sciences at the University of Toronto, I bring more than two decades of experience in administrative, payroll and financial operations. I oversee the department’s operating and research budgets, provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, and support long‑term planning that aligns with institutional priorities. My work includes managing diverse research portfolios, strengthening administrative processes, and ensuring compliance with university policies and funding‑agency requirements. I am committed to fostering a collaborative and service‑oriented administrative culture, developing clear procedures that enhance efficiency, and supporting faculty, staff and students with a quality‑focused and diplomatic approach. My contributions were recognized with the 2019 Dean’s Outstanding Administrative Service Award in the Faculty of Arts and Science.
