Biography
Sam Broverman studied mathematics at the University of Manitoba (BSc 1972, MSc 1973, PhD 1976). He is a University of Toronto NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow (1976-78). Prior to becoming a U of T professor of actuarial science in 1980, he was an assistant professor with the University of Texas, Austin.
