Biography

My research revolves around multivariate statistics and dimension reduction techniques. During the past several years I participated in various collaborative projects, developing tools for analyzing complex phenomena in computational biology, genetics, neuroscience, and epidemiology. The projects I have been recently deeply involved in include but are not limited to developing statistical tools for chromatin 3D spatial structure reconstruction; exploring different aspects of emotional disorders and their influence on the human brain; modeling the COVID-19 pandemic trajectory.
