Biography
Ruobin Gong is Assistant Professor of Statistics at Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey. Her research interests lie at the theoretical foundations of Bayesian and generalized Bayesian methodologies, in particular random sets, imprecise probabilities and Dempster-Shafer theory of belief function, as well as the statistical modeling and computation for differentially private data. Ruobin obtained her Ph.D. in Statistics (2018) from Harvard University, and Hon. B.Sc. in Psychology and in Statistics (2011) from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
