Fields of Study

Areas of Interest

  • Multivariate models
  • Theoritical statistics
  • Statistical methods for analyzing survival and longitudinal data

My research interests in statistics include the following: multivariate models, specifically, Copula and Frailty models for analyzing correlated continuous, correlated discrete or correlated mixed continuous and discrete outcomes; Likelihood, pseudo and composite likelihoods methods. In addition, I applied these methods to the areas of epidemiology, genetics and biostatistics.
